Sustainable healthcare seeks to improve health and well-being while using natural, social, financial, and technological resources responsibly. Ayurveda, a traditional Indian system of health knowledge, has historically used medicinal plants, dietary practices, lifestyle measures, and locally available resources as part of health management.
